Project Planning

For those who don't know, Mjolnir Armor is what the Spartans wear. You know, from Halo.

OK, so, to start, I'm going to use Pepakura and card stock to make the helmet master. When that's done, I'll cover it with that fiberglass fabric and Bondo. When that's dry, I'm going to cut it into smaller parts, and use sheet plastic to vacuum form the pieces. After that, I'm going to cut the formed pieces out of the extra plastic, and use plastic glue to put the pieces together. Then, I'm going to spray paint it with a variety of greens, grays, and golds to get the right color. This will probably take several months, but I will update whenever there is new progress, so stay tuned!
